Hampton Selected To Train With U.S. Volleyball National Team
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.
University of Florida rising senior Marcie Hampton (Gainesville, Fla.) was
one of five collegiate athletes selected from across the nation to participate in the U.S. Women's National Volleyball Team program in the summer of 2007.
Hampton's selection was based on an open tryout, which she attended
in Colorado Springs on Feb. 23-25. Hampton will begin to train with the rest of the U.S. Women’s National Team beginning in May. |
