Gator Gymnastics - 4/28/07
UF takes 3rd in NCAAs, UGA wins title

Going into Thursday and Friday, UF's gymnastics team was undefeated. Its
only blemish was a tie against Georgia in Athens, Ga. earlier in the season.
Then during the NCAA Championships, the Gators succumbed to the hype
surrounding it and the Bulldogs proved why they are the queens of collegiate gymnastics.
In the Super Six, Georgia successfully defended its national title and placed
first. It's the eighth NCAA Championship for the Bulldogs. |
