OXFORD, Miss. - After 3 hours and 22 minutes, after a day of impressive
quarterbacks and humbled defensive backs and almost comebacks, Florida receivers coach Billy Gonzales formed a "V" with his arms.
"Victory," he screamed, his actions and words the signal for UF's final
formation.
On the field, quarterback Tim Tebow nodded and strolled to the line of
scrimmage. There, he snuggled under center Drew Miller, took a knee and completed a 30-24 victory against Ole Miss and the most impressive college game he has played. |
