Mississippi anything but a state of hospitality for UF

GAINESVILLE - Drew Miller will not have a job waiting for him in the
Mississippi tourism office when he graduates from Florida.
The senior offensive lineman is one of 17 current Gators who were members
of the 2004 team that fell to Mississippi State 38-31 in Starkville, a devastating loss to one of college football's worst programs and one that cost UF coach Ron Zook his job two days later.
"I always say [Starkville] is the worst place, with the hotels, and it was the
worst city I've ever been in my life," Miller said. |
