Florida Gators men's basketball players grow up on court

GAINESVILLE - Florida freshman point guard Jai Lucas looked a little
frazzled at the start of the season when he glanced across the court and saw an opponent with facial hair, tattoos and years of experience.
But four games into the season, the Gators' team filled with freshmen and
sophomores is growing up in a hurry. Florida placed five players in double figures -- four of which are underclassmen -- and rolled past Rutgers 88-63 before 11,522 at the O'Connell Center on Saturday night. |
