Point guard picks Gators

Most UF basketball fans didn't take much comfort in point guard Taurean
Green's decision to forgo his senior year in favor of the NBA Draft.
Coveted basketball recruit Jai Lucas, however, saw Green's choice as an
open door. On Monday, he walked through it.
"I've decided to come to the University of Florida," the 5-foot-10 point guard
announced from Bellaire High in Houston.
Had Green stayed for another year, Lucas probably would not have selected
the Gators. |
