New Florida baseball coach wants in-state players

New Florida baseball Coach Kevin O'Sullivan and Athletic Director Jeremy
Foley agree better recruiting could push the Gators back to the top of their sport. That search for talent, O'Sullivan said, often won't take him over the state line.
"Obviously, there are players here," O'Sullivan said Thursday at his
introductory news conference. "We're looking forward to keeping those players in-state."
O'Sullivan, 38, was a nine-year assistant at Clemson and a former player
and coach in Florida. Foley said background and experience made O'Sullivan a clear choice. |
