UF overwhelmed on mound by red-hot Seminoles

The UF baseball team has more work ahead to prove it's the best team in
the state.
The Gators (4-4) fell victim to a powerful Florida State offense Tuesday
night, losing 14-6.
UF gets two more shots at the Seminoles later this season.
"Right now we've got a little work to do," said second baseman Cole
Figueroa, who went 2 for 5 at the plate. "We definitely got it handed to us today, but we have a chance to take two out of three and that's what we're going to try to do." |
