Gator Baseball Announces Complete TV Schedule
The University of Florida baseball program and head coach Pat McMahon
released its 2007 television schedule on Saturday. The Gators will have 11 games broadcast on their regional sports network partner, Sun Sports, during the upcoming season. In addition, 16 contests will be carried on GatorVision Online, a live streaming video and audio service available through www.GatorZone.com.
UF's Southeastern Conference matchup versus LSU in Baton Rouge on
May 12 is slated to be the "SEC's Game of the Week" and will air exclusively on Sun Sports throughout the state. The Gators' first television appearance of the season will take place on Feb. 18, when they host archrival Miami (Fla.) in the finale of a weekend series at McKethan Stadium.
Two days later, the first of the three regular-season matchups between
Florida and Florida State will be featured on Sun Sports. The television schedule for McMahon's club features six other contests against SEC competition, three at home and three on the road. |

Florida will kick off its 2007 campaign on Friday, Feb. 9, by hosting VMI at 6:30 p.m. Season-ticket information is
available by calling the Gator ticket office at 1-800-34-GoUF. McMahon's club returns 21 letterwinners, including only three position starters, as it seeks its 24th NCAA Regional appearance. |

Visits to Gainesville by Mississippi State (March 18), Alabama (May 6)
and Eastern Division rival Tennessee (May 19) will be aired, while the other league games on the network are part of road trips to Auburn (March 23-24) and Vanderbilt (April 28). Non-conference meetings with Texas A&M in College Station (March 11) and a visit by UCF (April 10) will also be shown.
The GatorVision Online schedule will begin on opening night, Feb. 9,
when VMI visits to raise the curtain on the 56-game regular season. Following a midweek tilt against Florida A&M (Feb. 13), the Gators' first two outings against Miami (Feb. 16-17) will be aired. The entire weekend series between Florida and Kent State over Feb. 23-25 are other games in the package for subscribers.
Encounters with SEC rivals Mississippi State (March 16-17), South
