Corner cleared for upcoming complex
By DREW HARWELL - Alligator Staff Writer
The gutted structure that once housed Starbucks and Burrito Bros. Taco
Co. was demolished this week to make way for the $206 million University Corners complex, according to representatives from the development company.
The demolition site at the northwest corner of West University Avenue and
13th Street was the final obstacle to the complex's development, said University Corners spokesman Henry Rabell. |
